addition of multiple users using DXL script

As i need to add many users at one go,and if we are adding manually in database we can add only one user at a time.so i am planning to create an interface or GUI where it would give me option to add/edit multiple users in just one interface. similar is the situation for adding different projects, which i can add and edit through a similar interface/GUI.
also if i am creating any new project on any particular day,then the interface for the add/edit of users should give me the option of adding users on the same day.

Please suggest ideas for a similar approach or any other approach that can be followed for the above mentioned issue.

Or is it possible to add one user at a time but the linking to group and the access to the group can be defined in the GUI itself.

Thinking out loud:
  • GUI reads the Group memberships of some existing user
  • Type in name of new user
  • say Yes, create and provide these same group accesses.
  • Option to read a text file with long list of new user names
  • Option to replace the group membership of an existing user, to be the same as your original list.
